We think that all people should not hire more women. We have two points: Job opportunity, and Japanese woman's concept.


1. Job opportunity: According to survey about job equality for women, much company has a bias against hiring women. It is difficult to carry out the opinion of 100% in the woman's working though the woman also is taking an active part in the enterprise by which the man works now. If the woman cannot demonstrate the ability of 100%, the enterprise need not employ it. Because the problem of the discrimination based on sex and the interpersonal relationship is caused, and original works is hindered.

2. Japanese woman's concept: Almost Japanese’s people strongly believes a woman's role is to devote all of her attention to the care of her family. The woman doesn't work at the society but should do housework. Because, the woman should raise family's morality.

3.　A drop in the birth rate；As women have become more active throughout society, they have begun to marry later and have fewer children. The average number of children born per woman per lifetime in Japan was 1.29 in 2003, posing a danger of a decrease in the Japanese population in the long term.

We think that Abortion should not banned. We have three points：money ,age ,and sickness.

1. Money: We should have enough our children can use. It cost us a lot of money to bring up our children. For example, school expenses, medical treatment and food. So, it is difficult for us to bring up our children, if we don’t have enough money to use.

2. Age: Young parents are child ourselves. Recently the incident for leave our children .And they ill-treat. If it happens to their children ,they can’ｔ take all the blame. So they can‘t bring up their children. We think that children need parents. Children want to fawn and depend on parents. It is important for children to communicate with parents. So child rising needs parents.

3. sickness: If we know our baby is sick, do we want to be delivered of a child? I think a sick child is not happy. Sick children come on their parents. If parents are sick, they can not take care of their children.

We think that companies should hire more women. We have three points: companies, women, and law.

1. Companies: Companies should be more kind for women. Women work hard as often　as men. But companies want to employ men than women. We think that the employment of the man and woman should be equal.

2. Women: Women these days want to work. But women are still employed part time and women's wages remain lower than men's. Women want to work as an regular employee. We think that women have ability as equal with men and women have higher levels of education.

3. Law: Companies should hire more women base on The Equal Employment Opportunity Law. Women want to work but many women must do the housework and child care etc. The government is moving ahead to make the system easier for working women to raise a family without giving up their jobs. For example, the government let nursery school fill up, child-care leave, the government make the system that can child care and housework go together while women working.

We think that abortion should be banned. We have three points: physical effect, mental effect, and Potential facts.

1. Physical effect: If you have an abortion, a hormone balances are confused, menstruations have been at an irregular, non menstruations are happened. Doctor grope for the work to remove a child. Therefore left the part of the placenta and injure the womb. Moreover, month of the uterus is opened by artificially, so miscarriage and premature birth easy.

2. Mental effect: The women who had abortion are get stressed, because they feel guilty about aborting their baby. Also, during the women decide to terminate a pregnancy, some misunderstanding come into existence between her partner. The women trust her partner. Then there is a possibility that the women can’t trust all men little by little.

3. Potential facts: The women who had abortion go to mental hospital about third time high than normal woman, so the woman who suicide is the twice to forth time high. Moreover breast cancers 30persent to 50persent become high.

Students should be allowed bring a mobile phone.--We disagree!

We don’t think that all students should not be bringing mobile phone to school. We have three points: health, knowledge, and common sense.

1. Health: Mobile phone give off electric wave have a bad. Influence　to　human body. For example, people have possibilities cancer by mobile phone.

2. Knowledge: Students can’t build up class, if they using mobile phone. So, they can’t study at class. And they have possibilities take bad score on the test.

3. Common sense: There are some people who charge up mobile phone. Lack in common sense to charge up at school. So, the students should not be bringing mobile phone at school.

We think that all students should be allowed to bring a mobile phone to school. We have three points: function, safety and communication.

１. Functions: A lot of convenient functions are attached to the mobile phone. Information can promptly be got by using the mobile phone. The bulletin board goes out at the disaster. In case of a natural disaster, it is important to defend manner for social study. Therefore we can watch TV and listen to music. Because News can be seen on the television　and feelings be refreshed by listening to music.

２. Safety: Mobile phone is useful to prevent the person who takes time to go to school and the person who gets home late can contact with the family. Also GPS function is loaded in the mobile phone.

３.Communication: A lot of numbers of friends increase. And communications with the family can be easily taken. We are glad and encouraged by mail and phone calls from our friends. It is possible to consult the worry thing that cannot be said directly through e-mail and the phone calls.

We think that family is not more valuable than friends. We have three points:kind,comfortable and trust.

1. Kind: The friends are very gentle. For example,When we feeling a depressed,the friend guided us in fear and reaches out a helping hand. Then it settles down my feelings.

2. Comfortable:We feel good around our friends when we going to shopping and eating together.If you go shopping with my family,it is not so happy.Because the age is different,it doesn’t agree.

3. Trust:We can consult to the friends.But we can not consult to the family easily.
Because I am interfered.Friensd influences me.
